Dr. Celeste and
Dr. Bryan Springer are recognized as two of the region's preeminent cosmetic and restorative dentists. Their experience and training distinguishes them from other dentists who claim to be cosmetic dentists. They have graduated from three of the top dental institutions for cosmetic dentistry. Post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry is needed as dental schools only cover the basics of dentistry and not the art of aesthetic dentistry.

Dr. Bryan holds an exclusive honor of being one of only two accredited members in South Carolina in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Celeste is finalizing her requirements now and will also have accreditation status. Worldwide, there are only 246 dentists that have achieved this honor. Just being a member in this organization does not guarantee delivery of the high standards held by the best cosmetic dentists in the country. The doctor’s commitment to pursuing this rigorous process of accreditation assures you that you are receiving the ultimate in cosmetic dentistry.
Both doctors are lifetime qualified members of the Crown Council. This organization nominates its members and then after following strenuous protocol over a five year period, a doctor earns the status of a lifetime qualified member. Outstanding contribution to the community, pursuit of continuing education in dentistry, and high moral character are what distinguishes a member of this standing. The Doctors Springer are the only dentists in South Carolina to hold this honor.
The Crown Council selected our dental practice as one of the leading practices in North America in part for always exceeding the patients' expectations regarding dental treatment and services.
The doctors have been selected as the cosmetic dentists of choice for the Miss South Carolina and North Carolina "Miss" and "Teen" USA Pageants. Many beauty queens and models flash a smile enhanced by our doctors.
Locally, the doctors have been featured on WIS-TV's "Live at Five" as an expert dentist and have been featured on the WIS News because of their community involvement in helping underprivileged, underserved children in our community that need dental care.
The doctors have raised over $60,000 for the Smiles for Life Campaign which helps treat seriously ill and terminally ill children. A variety of children's charities are helped with 100% of the funds raised going directly to help the children because of sponsorship of Garth Brooks and the "Touch'em All Foundation".
The doctors help promote Save a Smile, Save a Life by NSTEP (National spit tobacco education program). They participate by providing their time and free oral cancer screenings and biopsies to Professional Baseball Organization Players at the time of their spring training in Florida.
The doctors also seek to educate, motivate, and inspire other dentists, dental students, and dental team members to maintain superior clinical skills and maximize the available technology and services available to them by lecturing and facilitating at National Dental Meetings, Dental Courses, Study Clubs, and Dental Schools.
