Jennifer had had trauma to the front of her mouth as a child. She had some fear associated with the dentist due to her early visits during this time so she had avoided going. However, one of her existing front teeth was fractured and now infected and she knew it required removal. She was not happy with her smile and decided this would be the time to move ahead and enhance it.
The periodontist performed the extraction, a connective tissue graft, and removed her maxillary frenum attachment that influenced her smile's appearance negatively. Some minor gum recontouring allowed us to create a more pleasing smile for her since she has a high lip line. A bridge was placed and veneers surround it to complete her stellar new smile.
