At a young age, Shardea had had a traumatic accident involving three front teeth. Root Canals and crowns had been placed and the concern was that the three front crowns did not match the remaining smile. It is difficult to impossible to match one or an odd number of teeth to the others, especially with porcelain bonded to metal material. This patient is a model and wanted a whiter smile also so we crowned the three teeth with an all ceramic material to give a more natural look and conservatively veneered the remaining teeth framed by her lips to match.
