Pam

Pam disliked her current smile that had been made for her previously by another dentist. She felt the teeth were "too big and bulky" and complained that she bit her lips all the time. She also wanted a more youthful and natural-looking tooth edge. She had lived with this smile for 20 years and joked that her husband said all he's heard for 20 years is how she disliked her teeth.

Under the older bridgework there was an area of severe decay and we lost a tooth because of this. We were able to make a longer span bridge for her after she was healed. Long lasting, good- looking temporaries were worn in the interim.  Her smile was broadened to give a brighter appearance. We rejuvenated her smile by replacing the older porcelain to metal crowns and bridges that were darkening her gumlines with more modern, natural appearing ones. The tooth edges were rounded to also add to the young appearance instead of the previous blunt,  all even sort of look.  The fit of the restorations was improved as well as the attractiveness of her smile.
