NEW PATIENT EXPERIENCE

Doctors Bryan and Celeste Springer feel they have perfected the new patient experience. We doubt you have ever had a dental experience like ours. For adults, the visit begins with a warm welcome and a tour of our state-of-the-art facility. You will be offered a beverage and may relax in a quiet area where you may review some of the doctor's completed cases if you like.

Soon, Dr. Bryan or Dr. Celeste Springer will greet you, review your medical history, and discuss your dental concerns. Next, a pleasant clinical coordinator will begin a series of extra and intra-oral photographs and x-rays, she will record your vital signs (blood pressure, etc.), and assist in a gum screening to detect disease. An oral cancer screening, clinical exam of the teeth, joints, bite, and muscles is completed by the dentist. A smile analysis is done for those interested in cosmetic care. Generally this will take 1.5 hours.

With this information, the type of "cleaning" that should be done is determined. Patients sometimes will have this done during this visit or may reschedule for another day along with a consult to review the findings. Together, a decision can be made on how to pursue any needed or desired care. Also at this time, the patient is welcomed to discuss their preferences on scheduling and financing with our financial coordinator. This initial visit and the consult is $171.00, not inclusive of the diagnosed hygiene visit.
