Two of South Carolina’s most recognized cosmetic, restorative, implant and sedation dentists, Doctors Bryan and Celeste Springer, offer long-lasting dental care in a soothing, tranquil environment. For 28 years, this husband and wife team have served South Carolinians and others outside the state in search of the ultimate dental experience!
Meet Dr. Celeste Springer
Dr. Celeste is a native South Carolinian, born in Florence and a graduate of Irmo High School. She always knew she wanted to be a dentist. After graduating from Emory University, she began dental school in Charleston where she serendipitously met her husband and received her desired dental degree!

As an only child, she always had a pet cat and dog. A natural love developed inside her to care for furry 4-legged creatures! With a special place in her heart for strays, she contributes time to Pawmetto Lifeline and is the “mother” to two dogs and four cats. Her recreational pursuits include 3.5 tennis and Yoga. She is the social director for the family organizing family trips and fun get- togethers with friends. A self-proclaimed foodie, she loves sharing recipes and restaurants with patients.
Meet Dr. Bryan Springer
Dr. Bryan grew up in Harrisonburg, Virginia and his family relocated to South Carolina when he began high school. He has lived in Lexington since his marriage to his “Dental School Sweetheart” for 27 years.

A football & tennis player in high school—he continues playing 4.5 tennis several times a week. He’s always got a “project” going on to fill in any spare time. He enjoys learning how to do anything and everything! Many of his pursuits are done with his family like watching movies, cooking, traveling, perfecting the South Carolina state dance-the Shag, and learning Spanish. Their oldest son is at Clemson and many fall weekends are spent tailgating at the football games.
